draw counts for regulation time + added minutes if it goes into ot like usa/ghana that still counts as a draw for betting purposes

Mike, I understand the betting options. It just makes no sense that they are available in Knockout tournaments. Their will be a real winner and loser, its not like a regular season game. Essentially betting draws is like a prop bet in a knockout round.
