International Game Technology (IGT) announced the official release of Mega Vault, a new player engagement solution launched by the company's IGT PlayDigital business unit, coming to iGaming markets in the US and Ontario.
Mega Vault focuses on increasing player interest and retention by enabling operators to provide personalized promotional experiences that are flexible and immersive. The new offering is optimally placed to unite a variety of promotional mechanisms, such as Prize Drops, Leaderboards, and Marketing Jackpots, under one integrated and unified campaign experience.
IGT aims to simplify campaign delivery by ensuring that Mega Vault functions within IGT’s award-winning Engagement Platform, a toolkit comprising of customizable player tools.
The toolset enables operators to run one-of-a-kind promotions, making it easier for operators to engage and reward players. Among the features introduced to the market with Mega Vault is the simultaneous use of the Multi Drop and Leaderboard tools.
A turning point
The first Mega Vault promotion launched on May 23 and involves some of the industry's most prominent real-money online casinos, including some of the top online casinos in Canada.
Some of the first to join are Fanatics Casino, which launched its mobile platform on May 1, FanDuel Casino, and Rush Street Interactive (RSI), which use the new platform to deliver enhanced player experiences and new promotion types.
“We’re excited about the new promotional capabilities we’re able to provide Fanatics players through the Mega Vault. Mega Vault offers a unique and engaging solution that elevates the player experience,” said Kieron Shaw, Fanatics Casino Senior Content Manager.
Likewise, IGT PlayDigital President Gil Rotem put the Mega Vault launch into perspective as a turning point in the company's digital gaming interaction strategy. To Rotem, the new brand leveraged for promotion not only capitalizes on the potential of the Engagement Platform but also provides a centralized platform by which operators can manage and deliver a variety of tailor-made promotions.
“RSI is pleased to offer our players, in the US and Ontario, exciting promotional capabilities that allow us to engage and reward them with new and exciting promotions and prizes. Our launch of IGT's PlayDigital’s Mega Vault represents another step forward in our goal of always putting our players first and delivering fun experiences for them that earns their loyalty and long-term retention,” added Richard Schwartz, Rush Street Interactive CEO.
Mega Vault now debuts at a time when operators are increasingly seeking out technologies that drive not only short-term user interaction but also enable long-term interaction and repeat revenue. The debut also shows IGT PlayDigital's overall strategic progress toward innovation and user-driven design across the online gaming market.
